About Us

Launchist is a technology company creating innovative web applications and services. We develop MVPs for clients and ourselves, work on our own projects in AI Personalization, AI-powered resume tailoring, and other areas. We also specialize in A/B testing using Monetate to help optimize digital experiences.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Junior+/Middle level Frontend Developer with React experience who can help build and maintain high-quality web applications. We value attention to detail, clean code, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React (TS), Zustand, FSD, NextJS
  • Backend: Python, Golang, NestJS
  • API: REST, GraphQL, gRPC
  • DevOps: Docker, GitHub, Google Cloud, AWS
  • Testing: A/B testing with Monetate

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop new and maintain existing web applications
  • Write clean, maintainable code following FSD principles
  • Work on projects with video integration and AI components
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborative problem-solving
  • Refactor and optimize existing code
  • Implement and analyze A/B tests using Monetate

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commercial experience with React
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript
  • Experience with Zustand (or other state managers)
  • Understanding of Feature-Sliced Design (FSD) principles
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive design
  • English language proficiency (B2+ level)
  • Docker experience is a plus
